1. Scope
These terms apply to the website romankoch.online, run by Roman Koch (see Impressum). By using the website, you accept them.
My apps and other products are separate. Each has its own terms and privacy policy, on its own website or in its app store listing.
2. Content
The articles and pages on this website give general information and my personal opinion. I write them carefully, but I cannot guarantee that everything is complete, correct or up to date.
Some articles are about health topics, such as quitting smoking or blood pressure. They are not medical advice and do not replace a doctor. If you have a health question, ask a medical professional.
3. Copyright
Texts, images, screenshots and logos on this website belong to me, unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, change or publish them without my written permission.
You are welcome to share links to the website and to quote short parts of an article, as long as you name the source and link to it.
App Store, Google Play and other brand names belong to their owners.
4. External links
The website links to other websites. I have no control over their content and am not responsible for it. When I set a link, I saw no illegal content on the linked page. If I learn that a linked page breaks the law, I remove the link.
5. Newsletter
The newsletter is free. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. I can change or stop the newsletter at any time. How your email address is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability
I try to keep the website online, but I do not promise that it is always available or free of errors. I can change, move or remove content at any time.
7. Liability
I am liable without limit for damage caused on purpose or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. In all other cases my liability is excluded, as far as the law allows.
8. Applicable law
German law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection that the mandatory law of your home country gives you.
9. Changes
I can change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
